SLAM is an improvised show in which the performers start a new scene each time that the sound effect of a door closing is made.
Scenes are eclectic and largely unrelated, though a common theme may develop for each show.
The improvisers, Jason Leal and Tim Orr, hail from San Francisco. Collectively, they have performed in countless formats, including musicals, murder mysteries, Harolds, and many others. They share a common passion for character, “where work” and narrative in improv, and are known both across the country and abroad for their performances, instruction and innovations in the art of improvisation.
