The San Francisco Improv Festival is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax-exempt corporation dedicated to advancing the art and education of improvisational theater. The organization fulfills this mission by producing public performances, festivals, workshops, and classes, and by fostering public appreciation, participation, and community engagement in the performing arts.
Its activities are based in San Francisco and serve the broader Bay Area community, while also engaging performers and audiences from national and international communities.
