Magic Is an experimental improv duo consisting of Leela Co-Founder and Artistic Director, Jill Eickmann, and Leela’s Associate Artistic Director and Teaching Artist, Steven J. Burnett. Join them as they experiment with sound, movement, and invocation to spin a world of absurdist characters, comedy, and an occasional dash of emotional poignancy. Blending the absurd with the mundane, and surreal settings with emotionally grounded characters, Magic’s charm offensive will win you over. Or maybe that’s their offensive charm.
