Andy Sarouhan is a Bay Area native. His improvisation training began in 1992, when he joined his high school improvisation team. Since 2003, Andy has improvised professionally with Flash Family and the Un-Scripted Theater Company, joining the Un-Scripted ensemble in 2013. Andy directed the 2014 Un-Scripted showBeloved Strangers, as well as 2016’s The Short & the Long of It and Life in SF.
2016 Workshop: Rich Normalcy
Un-Scripted Theater Company® focuses much of their work on doing 2-hour longforms, either comedic or dramatic. This session will focus on skills and techniques that will help shift your focus at the top of the scene away from huge plot points and towards the establishment of what we call ‘Rich Normalcy’ within the world of the characters.
