BATS Improv

Group Bio

Every show at BATS Improv is a fun, one-of-a-kind performance created on the spot by their skilled actors and inspired by your suggestions. For over 30 years, their short-form shows deliver a fast-paced, highly interactive experience, and their long-form shows offer sustained stories with rich narrative and character development.

For SFIF 2017, BATS will be performing their version of a classic Harold, the original long-form improv format that launched a thousand comedy careers. The Harold format was invented in San Francisco by The Committee (under the direction of Del Close), 50 years ago this last May.

SHOWTIME: Thursday, August 17, 7:00 PM with The Right Now
